In the 35th minute, Luiz Eduardo de Amaral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paris Saint Germain fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Nelson Moreno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. In the 48th minute, Serginho Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yan Mattos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Futbol Capuchinho Fratelo were awarded a corner. Futbol Capuchinho Fratelo's Clemente Goiano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Futbol Capuchinho Fratelo's Clemente Goiano got control of the ball when Luiz Eduardo de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clemente Goiano made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Luiz Eduardo de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute, Futbol Capuchinho Fratelo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luiz Eduardo de Amaral fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 87th minute of the game, Luiz Eduardo de Amaral landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Jarbas de Moraes's late challenge caught a Paris Saint Germain's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jarbas de Moraes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th minute, Jarbas de Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edson Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelson Moreno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edson Lopes having to interfere. Chants of Paris Saint Germain echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Futbol Capuchinho Fratelo had held the ball for most of the match.
