Delfim Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the match, Ian Abraão had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Garcia. La Furia Football FCOMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Abraão was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After the first half Viver de Bet - FSCMZ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Carlos Penha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cleiton da Rocha took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Garcia. Frank Garcia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Viver de Bet - FSCMZ's zone, João Carlos Penha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delfim Pereira came out of the goal and João Carlos Penha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júnior Pontes in the 57th minute of play forced La Furia Football FCOMZ's goalkeeper Frank Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Cipriano Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Abraão in the 65th minute of the match. Delfim Pereira came out of the goal and Ismael Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júnior Pontes got free with Frank Garcia in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viver de Bet - FSCMZ played a much better game than La Furia Football FCOMZ and deserved their victory. The La Furia Football FCOMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
