But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kubilay Hasret couldn't finish the play. With his leg Luiz Fernando Varela managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Ferdi Bro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
