Mark-André Szüczs, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 8th minute of the match, Tobias Gulder got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jan-Peter Baston was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthäus Kohl during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Matthäus Kohl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achim Strelzing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Peter Baston having to interfere. A collision led to Turnitz FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Peter Terwester hit a great ball. Achim Strelzing struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Jan-Peter Baston didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wiesenfeld. Carlo Stum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Mauer in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Herzog in the 33rd minute of play forced Wiesenfeld's goalkeeper Carlo Stum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Achim Strelzing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wiesenfeld's supporters rose to their feet, but Achim Strelzing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Peter Baston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Turnitz FC's zone, Achim Strelzing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Peter Baston came out of the goal and Achim Strelzing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matthäus Kohl came free with the goalkeeper in the 41st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jan-Peter Baston could save by the left post. Matthäus Kohl might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Peter Baston. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matthäus Kohl ran back to his position shaking his head. 1-0 became the score in the 47th minute when Achim Strelzing elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Matthäus Kohl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Peter Baston having to interfere. Albert Herzog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robin Mauer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mark-André Szüczs hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Nico Schmit hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The supporters of Wiesenfeld booed when Turnitz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olaf Marchl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niclas Kastener kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Matthäus Kohl managed to get in a good position for a shot.
