Matthäus Kohl's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pascal Tannhof firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Jan-Hauke Almer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlo Stum dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Carlo Stum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Hauke Almer in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Gerrit Huber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nico Schmit got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Langfeld booed when Wiesenfeld was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nico Schmit didn't get a good kick on the ball.
