Sertel Özerdal started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Sertel Özerdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baybora Talayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gürcan Sezai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Baybora Talayman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 8 minutes into the game, Ahmet Hasan Akkurt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cine's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KARŞIYAKA the free kick. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cine! The goalkeeper, Baybora Talayman, was totally fooled by KARŞIYAKA's Vahit Yücetekin, who 10 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. KARŞIYAKA's Melik Tuluk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Vedat in the 18th minute of play. Olcay Erincer hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Cine's Halit Engiay in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Cine booed when KARŞIYAKA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olcay Erincer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KARŞIYAKA's zone, Halit Engiay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melik Tuluk came out of the goal and Halit Engiay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Halit Engiay struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Melik Tuluk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cine. Olcay Erincer's late challenge caught a Cine's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olcay Erincer helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to KARŞIYAKA getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Olcay Erincer hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Halit Engiay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melik Tuluk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KARŞIYAKA's Melik Tuluk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Vedat in the 35th minute of play. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Baybora Talayman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sertel Özerdal in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Cine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zikri Gürgan to maneuver through the defense. Gürcan Sezai kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Halit Engiay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gencal Vedat struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Melik Tuluk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cine. Halit Engiay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Gencal Vedat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melik Tuluk was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, KARŞIYAKA's Olcay Erincer got a free kick in the 79th minute. KARŞIYAKA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
