Substitutions do or dont?

Do you guys play with subs or do you just leave the same players on the pitch for the whole game and if so, what is the reason that you do/ don't? I try to change players with low stamina. if they play the whole game with low stamina they play worseI try to change players with low stamina. if they play the whole game with low stamina they play worse
