Rest or train maxed skilled players

Hi, Does it make any difference where to place a player that has maxed all his skills? Rest him or just leave him on the training pitch? Will it deteriorate his form? Thanks.Hi,

If you place him on the training field, he will get a booster in a certain skill. Hence it is a better solution than giving him a rest.
