Do the uxx leagues impact form?

Ive got a few young players that i want to play for both my senior team and u21 team, and im wondering if their form will be negatively affected playing for both leagues?

It is not clearly written but World league do not affect negativly form.

I recommand u to sign up in the 4th league, even if you are not competitive it will generate income.
