Overplayed??

Ever since I started playing this hockey game in July 2018, I've been careful to let my 1st team only ever play 6 matches a week. So far, so good, except this Tuesday I find that 18 out of my 21-man 1st team are overplayed. Can anyone tell me why this is? The only explanation possible is that by mistake you made them played more than 6 matches per week, check your friendly matches and league matches of the last 2 weeks to see if maybe that happened.
