Quick suggestion here!
I think it would be interesting/useful if when a player was sent to training camp the team received a 25-50% wage relief for that player for the duration of the camp.
Any thoughts?

To be fair, its a good idea specially as you pay for the camp. I suppose in RL they would still get paid though, so its a difficult one. I would prefer additional senior conditioning camps so they can play whilst doing extra training

Fair idea, but knowing that the inflation is high I think its not possible

TCs are expensive and I have (again) a player, 24 years old, that in TC trains far slower that on the field. 6% efficiency in TC (estimated TC days for getting the next ball is 90 days) while on the field he trains 3x faster. We're talking about the 5th ball in a skill, so not the 9th or 10th. I expect players to train a bit better at 24 years old (he is indicated with trainins speed TS3). Some things in this game lack logics... :).
