I just saw a comment from thunderexpress in the forum describing the Crew's thought process regarding loosening the foreign player caps and I saw a very troubling remark from him:

* Easier for small countries to reach top div (e.g. more money for played league matches. This could be modified so that team money for league matches in small countries are less worth than in large countries).

I just want to say you guys are looking at this with a completely backwards mentality as this would be a death knell for teams from small countries and ensure that they'll never be able to compete with teams from larger countries.

If this came to pass, you'll ensure that an optimally well-run team from a small country like Andorra will never be able to beat an equally well-run team from Argentina because of something that they have no control over.

Sure, that's how it is in real life, but if this were real life, Sweden and China would never be the world powers that they are in this game.

It's a bad poll. You're asking the majority of users who have a huge advantage to vote with the minorities.

How about only ask the small countries with very limited player pools that it actually effects greatly who have been disadvantaged for years now. Don't ask Argentina, Brazil, China etc as everything is in their favour already. They shouldn't decide the fate of the small guys. Unlimited foreign players is the only way it's fair. Then it's up to you guys (crew) to do a much better job of stopping cheating and multiple teams.
