Abel Gay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rollo Duguid having to interfere. Monkiewicz Gay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Tassara hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abel Gay in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rollo Duguid saved Altermundi FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Alcázar in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Berbiz Iruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Martin Amenedo replaced Freddy Figueruela. If Agustín Palacios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Altermundi FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 1SIEMPRE BLANQUIAZULES.
