After a rather tough play, Sipo EC's Igor Linares got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Elivélton Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oséias Gerber made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Ademar Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademar Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carroll Hathaway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Petrosino in the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton Cunha in the 59th minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Cody Miles made a precise shot to the right of Carroll Hathaway. Sipo EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Nicolas Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Fathoni Baso came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
