The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to U21 Sweden getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Balthazar Bär hit a great ball. Borys Witek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balthazar Bär, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The U21 Sweden fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when U21 Sweden's Balthazar Bär looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the STAL ST WOLA defense, Balthazar Bär kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Borys Witek. The STAL ST WOLA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Borys Witek should have stopped the shot. Borys Witek was a little too slow when Balthazar Bär got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balthazar Bär in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Witek saved STAL ST WOLA from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Torbjörn Nilsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Borys Witek. STAL ST WOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torbjörn Nilsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Balthazar Bär in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borys Witek saved STAL ST WOLA from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Balthazar Bär ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Borys Witek was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 35 minutes into the match, Balthazar Bär notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of STAL ST WOLA's Borys Witek. Borys Witek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that U21 Sweden were the better team. U21 Sweden's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
