When Boomerang Bombers's Henry Tolsson in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Pedro Villalaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mikael Sjögren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Villalaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes Boomerang Bombers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuele Neustadt who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to ORION F.C.'s Agustin Torrijos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Dadhyan Rudrappa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Tolsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 27 played minutes ORION F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Torrijos. ORION F.C.'s Dadhyan Rudrappa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Tolsson in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boomerang Bombers's goalkeeper Mikael Sjögren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, ORION F.C.'s Dadhyan Rudrappa got control of the ball when Åke Lundström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dé Santos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Sjögren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry Tolsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Esbjörn Olofsson fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boomerang Bombers's protests and gave Esbjörn Olofsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ORION F.C. booed when Boomerang Bombers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esbjörn Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dadhyan Rudrappa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arman Högström went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 62 minutes, Pedro Villalaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ORION F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Villalaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The ORION F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when ORION F.C.'s Pedro Villalaz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. ORION F.C. made a substitution. Alexander Murillo replaced Dé Santos. Mikael Sjögren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Villalaz went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 76th minute of the match, Pedro Villalaz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mikael Sjögren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 77 played minutes ORION F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Elias Dely. Mikael Sjögren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Villalaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Boomerang Bombers's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samuele Neustadt was slow to take the kick. During this time ORION F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Tolsson during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Henry Tolsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
