In the 3rd minute Patrick Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattia Perin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, SuRpRiSe's Geraldo Gustafsson got a free kick in the 7th minute. Mattia Perin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Eduino in the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Gong Zhi Peng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calvin Kuckhoff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Calvin Kuckhoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Zhi Peng in the 18th minute of play. Jose Eduino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattia Perin having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, West Staines Massive's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Zhi Peng came free, but Calvin Kuckhoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mattia Perin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Galvão in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of West Staines Massive booed when SuRpRiSe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krzysztof Piechocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calvin Kuckhoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Zhi Peng in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Zhi Peng in the 30th minute of play forced West Staines Massive's goalkeeper Calvin Kuckhoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calvin Kuckhoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Zhi Peng's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Gong Zhi Peng sped through West Staines Massive's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Calvin Kuckhoff. Patrick Galvão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattia Perin having to interfere. After some careless play in the SuRpRiSe defense, Jose Eduino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattia Perin. The SuRpRiSe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattia Perin should have stopped the shot. West Staines Massive's Maurice Höfgen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Krzysztof Piechocki, made in the 42nd minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gong Zhi Peng to make the kick off. SuRpRiSe's Mattia Perin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Rowell in the 52nd minute of play. Calvin Kuckhoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Zhi Peng, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jose Eduino in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattia Perin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Calvin Kuckhoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeusz Tepper's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. SuRpRiSe made a substitution. Mala Kala replaced Feng Yan Fei. Mattia Perin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patrick Galvão in the 83rd minute. A nice corner shot did that Oscar Ruggeri got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mattia Perin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dan Rowell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, West Staines Massive's Romão Zarco got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 95 played minutes, SuRpRiSe's Krzysztof Piechocki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Calvin Kuckhoff came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SuRpRiSe reached it. West Staines Massive's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
