An unexpectedly hard shot by Matías Mendes in the 9th minute of play forced BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's goalkeeper Ata Necmi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Jeferson Tinoco got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Izaltina FAD were awarded a corner. Laerte Tande's late challenge caught a BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Matías Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Ata Necmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Lain in the 40th minute of play. Manuel Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Acácio Tinoco in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER defense, Well-Well Waack kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ata Necmi. The BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ata Necmi should have stopped the shot.
