UCV's supporters rose to their feet, but Xavon Pinazas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beti Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beti Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavon Pinazas in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to UCV getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Lia Longar hit a great ball. Eriberto Bingen didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 8th minute. UCV's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! EMALSAC F.C's Beti Fonseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save EMALSAC F.C from getting a goal against them. EMALSAC F.C's Ivar Sundström got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind EMALSAC F.C's goalkeeper Beti Fonseca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, EMALSAC F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panpili Manaut to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the EMALSAC F.C defense, Vigil Monagray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Beti Fonseca. The EMALSAC F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Beti Fonseca should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, UCV's Eriberto Bingen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beti Fonseca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 37 played minutes EMALSAC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Turi Arrillaga. Transito Sicilia hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivar Sundström to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes EMALSAC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Jerrold Delgado. 52 minutes into the match, EMALSAC F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Bixintxo Arbieto came free, but Beti Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Turi Arrillaga hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Eriberto Bingen sped through EMALSAC F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Beti Fonseca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bixintxo Arbieto in the 61st minute of play forced EMALSAC F.C's goalkeeper Beti Fonseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Javier Malmonje shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beti Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Javier Malmonje had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beti Fonseca. EMALSAC F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Malmonje was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. UCV made a substitution. Raymon Alas replaced Javier Malmonje. Hermengildo Udaeta's late challenge caught a UCV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Udaeta helped the player get up and apologised. After 79 played minutes EMALSAC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Udaeta. The supporters of UCV booed when EMALSAC F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Udaeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Lia Longar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beti Fonseca skillfully saved the ball. Beti Fonseca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eriberto Bingen's shot from short distance in the 85th minute.
