Isias Sodupe showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With 7 minutes on the clock, Roque Cobarrubias commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 10th minute, Nazario Escalada made a precise shot to the right of Fanuco Zubicoeta. Tigres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Isias Sodupe struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Fanuco Zubicoeta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.M.O PAITA. 17 minutes into the game, Lino Urquioja was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.M.O PAITA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tigres the free kick. A collision led to S.M.O PAITA getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Lino Urquioja hit a great ball. Leandro Bacon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Junyent took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Bacon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lino Urquioja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fanuco Zubicoeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Urquioja, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to Tigres getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Xelo Toyos hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Isias Sodupe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.M.O PAITA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Nazario Escalada could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Fanuco Zubicoeta made a huge save. After 41 played minutes Tigres got a freekick which was hit by Cléber Santana. When Duarte Salles came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the S.M.O PAITA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duarte Salles couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the game, Isias Sodupe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Fanuco Zubicoeta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isias Sodupe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fagildo Alcubilla's late challenge caught a S.M.O PAITA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fagildo Alcubilla helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Tigres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fagildo Alcubilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Fagildo Alcubilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristobal Refugio took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fanuco Zubicoeta. Fanuco Zubicoeta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Lino Urquioja came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the S.M.O PAITA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Urquioja couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Tigres's Errando Oquerruri got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 73rd minute, Isias Sodupe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.M.O PAITA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 77th minute, Isias Sodupe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fanuco Zubicoeta was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 82 minutes into the game, Dabi Sodupe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Fanuco Zubicoeta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isias Sodupe in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fanuco Zubicoeta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nazario Escalada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fagildo Alcubilla hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Dabi Sodupe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanuco Zubicoeta having to interfere. There was no doubt that S.M.O PAITA were the better team. S.M.O PAITA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
