When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Flavio Maestri put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Beti Fonseca. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Flavio Maestri sped through EMALSAC F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Beti Fonseca. Flavio Maestri took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beti Fonseca. Beti Fonseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Deportivo Municipal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
