ATLETICO HUILA F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Faustino Asprilla ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Kauldi Agra heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Kaxen Carreras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timeteo Hernani in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bilbo Frecha in the 35th minute of play forced Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s goalkeeper Kaxen Carreras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s Kaxen Carreras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bilbo Frecha in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Pablo Segovia in the 40th minute of play forced Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s goalkeeper Kaxen Carreras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Timeteo Hernani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ATLETICO HUILA F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Asprilla couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Faustino Asprilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cantera De Héroes F.C ®'s supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Asprilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beltza Morell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Cantera De Héroes F.C ® were victorious despite being under pressure from ATLETICO HUILA F.C for much of the match.
