An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Xi in the 10th minute of play forced CF Vendetta's goalkeeper Gerson Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cai Xi's late challenge caught a CF Vendetta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cai Xi helped the player get up and apologised. CF Vendetta made a substitution. Mané Quaresma replaced Carlos Alberto Arce. In the 13th match minute, EFEITO LARANJA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cai Xi to maneuver through the defense. Gerson Rocha made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Igor Cavaleiro sent off a good shot on target. Cai Xi kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Gerson Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Esteves in the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cai Xi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerson Rocha. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. Gerson Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to EFEITO LARANJA getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Luís Fábio Tróia hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Cavaleiro in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerson Rocha saved CF Vendetta from getting behind. In the 34th minute, Igor Cavaleiro made a precise shot to the right of Gerson Rocha. CF Vendetta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Cai Xi managed to get in a good position for a shot. EFEITO LARANJA's supporters rose to their feet, but Cai Xi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerson Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, CF Vendetta's Gerson Rocha got control of the ball when Igor Cavaleiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Juan Macedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gerson Rocha. Juan Macedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Cavaleiro got free with Gerson Rocha in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute Luís Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerson Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Igor Cavaleiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerson Rocha having to interfere. A collision led to CF Vendetta getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Wieslaw Golembiewski hit a great ball. In the 56th minute of the match Salvador Onofre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerson Rocha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Luís Fábio Tróia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Fábio Tróia hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute of the match, Cristiano Rosado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Silas Velasco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Juan Macedo scored 5-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerson Rocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Cai Xi managed to get in a good position for a shot. EFEITO LARANJA's supporters rose to their feet, but Cai Xi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gerson Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Luís Esteves fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EFEITO LARANJA's protests and gave Luís Esteves a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to EFEITO LARANJA getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Luís Esteves hit a great ball. Cauã Duarte hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Cavaleiro in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerson Rocha saved CF Vendetta from getting behind. After having played for 91 minutes, Cai Xi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EFEITO LARANJA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cai Xi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerson Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Cavaleiro in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Luís Fábio Tróia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the EFEITO LARANJA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
