After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Dedê de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Sá - ADEUS MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedê de Mendonça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinei Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus Perez in the 16th minute of play. Yan Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dedê de Mendonça in the 20th minute. In the 24th minute Mateus Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eliézer Dracena fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored De Sá - ADEUS MZ's protests and gave Eliézer Dracena a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, De Sá - ADEUS MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Dracena to maneuver through the defense. Dinei Donatello came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by FelipeHendrikx FC's Mateus Perez. But to his dismay, Mateus Perez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in FelipeHendrikx FC's zone, Humberto Tavares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yan Esteves came out of the goal and Humberto Tavares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dedê de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Yan Esteves made a huge save. Humberto Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Yan Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Humberto Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FelipeHendrikx FC's Yan Esteves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save FelipeHendrikx FC from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Tavares made a kick off. Pedro Quadros tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Yan Esteves. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-1 in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Messias got free with Dinei Donatello in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, De Sá - ADEUS MZ's goalkeeper Dinei Donatello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramón Rocha. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Humberto Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Sá - ADEUS MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yan Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yan Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Falcão during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for De Sá - ADEUS MZ. Serafim Peres stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Yan Esteves. 2-1. In the 72ndth minute of the game Mateus Perez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but De Sá - ADEUS MZ's Dinei Donatello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dedê de Mendonça's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yan Esteves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th match minute, De Sá - ADEUS MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yan Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Yan Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gilberto Messias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yan Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliézer Dracena in the 92nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the FelipeHendrikx FC defense, Dedê de Mendonça kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yan Esteves. The FelipeHendrikx FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yan Esteves should have stopped the shot. When Eliézer Dracena was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 98 minutes had been played. The supporters of FelipeHendrikx FC booed when De Sá - ADEUS MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliézer Dracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. De Sá - ADEUS MZ were victorious despite being under pressure from FelipeHendrikx FC for much of the match.
