Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kauã Guerra made the kick off which started today's match. Elano Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto de Godoi in the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ibotirama FC's José Carlos Lago got a free kick in the 5th minute. Bebeto Tande scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elano Salles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Serial Killers EC's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Guerra came free, but Dudu Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Severo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Dudu Torres made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Ibotirama FC's Leonardo Severo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dudu Torres. Dudu Torres yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. When Bebeto Tande came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Serial Killers EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bebeto Tande couldn't finish the play. Gerson Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Leonardo Severo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Leonardo Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Dudu Torres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dudu Torres was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ronaldo Duarte. After a rather tough play, Serial Killers EC's Mário Moraes got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th match minute, Ibotirama FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ibotirama FC's goalkeeper Elano Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Bebeto Tande made the kick off in the second half. Dudu Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauã Guerra in the 52nd minute of play. Dudu Torres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Severo went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Olavo Britto charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olavo Britto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Serial Killers EC! In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Ibotirama FC. Edmundo Dionísio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dudu Torres. 3-1. After 69th play minutes Leonardo Severo shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Dudu Torres and just under the crossbar into goal. Dudu Torres didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Severo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 85th play minute Bebeto Tande came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Elano Salles. 5-2. Dudu Torres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Severo in the 89th minute of the match. Tarcisio Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tarcisio Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th minute, one of Ibotirama FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ibotirama FC. Rafael Lucas walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in Ibotirama FC's zone, Bebeto Tande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elano Salles came out of the goal and Bebeto Tande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Ibotirama FC's Elano Salles got control of the ball when Bebeto Tande tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ibotirama FC had won after a very even match.
