Toninho do Nascimento was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elano Nevess short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Toninho do Nascimento to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 27 minutes into the match, Dialise Jabuka's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Lucas came free, but Toninho do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Emerson Lucas made a precise shot to the right of Toninho do Nascimento. Dialise Jabuka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Elano Neves sped through Dialise Jabuka's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Toninho do Nascimento. Elano Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho do Nascimento having to interfere. Dialise Jabuka's Toninho do Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Dialise Jabuka from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emerson Lucas in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toninho do Nascimento saved Dialise Jabuka from getting behind. Toninho do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Lucas, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Dialise Jabuka's zone, Elano Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elano Neves in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toninho do Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the match, Dialise Jabuka's goal looked a bit too open when Emerson Lucas came free, but Toninho do Nascimento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toninho do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emerson Lucas in the 67th minute of play. Emerson Lucas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. After 79 minutes, Elano Neves made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Dialise Jabuka's Toninho do Nascimento tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 82nd play minutes Emerson Lucas shot 9-0, a short shot which went by Toninho do Nascimento and just under the crossbar into goal. Elano Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Elano Neves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Toninho do Nascimento. Dialise Jabuka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elano Neves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. PORTO fully deserved thier win.
