In the 2nd match minute, T. L. G. FL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wanderson Félix to maneuver through the defense. Wanderson Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of T. L. G. FL booed when Real Caobianco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Paulo Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Eduardo Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Camargo having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Wanderson Félix recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eriberto Mota. Wanderson Félix showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 36 minutes into the match, Wanderson Félix dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eriberto Mota, 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Celsinho Damião managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Caobianco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Celsinho Damião was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renato Camargo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute Celsinho Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Camargo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celsinho Damião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Celsinho Damião to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute of the match, Zé Roberto Macedo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Renato Camargo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Costa in the 60th minute of play forced Real Caobianco FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Real Caobianco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Costa came free, but Eriberto Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zé Paulo Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eurico Hermes hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 70 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Eger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Caobianco FC and the T. L. G. FL players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Real Caobianco FC's Luiz Eduardo Eger got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute, Luís Eduardo Lima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the game, Celsinho Damião was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Caobianco FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave T. L. G. FL the free kick. After a rather tough play, Real Caobianco FC's Celsinho Damião got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Félix in the 79th minute of play forced Real Caobianco FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 played minutes Real Caobianco FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Eger. Eriberto Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Félix in the 81st minute of the match. Wanderson Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Mota having to interfere. Jarbas Madureira missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 87 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Renato Camargo right hand side. T. L. G. FL's Renato Camargo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save T. L. G. FL from getting a goal against them. Real Caobianco FC's Luís Eduardo Lima managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Samuel Lira in the 94 minute of the game. After having played for 94 minutes, Luís Eduardo Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Caobianco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Eduardo Lima was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Real Caobianco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Costa came free, but Eriberto Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Costa in the 98th minute of the match.
