Spectators: 7303 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) Passaros's Adelino Zanette got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mário Vieira was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Ruy Peixoto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ruy Peixoto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Passaros's Mário Vieira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Passaros from getting a goal against them. Ruy Peixoto took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mário Vieira. Mário Vieira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Marcel Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genílson de Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruy Peixoto in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mário Vieira saved Passaros from getting behind. Felipe Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ruy Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruy Peixoto in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mário Vieira saved Passaros from getting behind. Claudinho Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mário Vieira made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Marcel Berger sent off a good shot on target. Edgard Antunes hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adelino Zanette to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Vodka Diamond's Ruy Peixoto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mário Vieira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56thth minute of the game Ruy Peixoto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Passaros's Mário Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marquinhos Netto hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruy Peixoto in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mário Vieira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vodka Diamond's Claudinho Breckenfeld got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Ruy Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Claudinho Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Glauco Dantas during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience held their breath when Duarte Teixeira in the 74th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Mário Vieira's left hand side. Marcel Furlan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Valadares in the 77th minute of play. Mário Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruy Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute of the match Rubens Moreno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mário Vieira skillfully saved the ball. In the 83rdth minute of the game Ruy Peixoto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Passaros's Mário Vieira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Claudinho Breckenfeld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vodka Diamond's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudinho Breckenfeld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mário Vieira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Vodka Diamond's Ruy Peixoto in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Passaros's goalie prevented a goal. After 88 played minutes Passaros got a freekick which was hit by Genílson de Carvalho. Vodka Diamond's Ruy Peixoto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Passaros. Vodka Diamond's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
