No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iuri Albuquerque made a kick off. If Chiquinho Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diogo de Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Vítor Bueno's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Rogério da Mata hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Diogo de Moraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Marinho in the 59th minute of play. João Vítor Bueno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Diogo de Moraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Vítor Bueno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70thth minute of the game João Vítor Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sou Vasco Animal FC's Diogo de Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chiquinho Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Chateaubriand players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
