Libertadores's Robinho Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Corrêa in the 14th minute of play. In the 25th minute, one of Finus F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Finus F.C.. In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Libertadores. Ricardinho Matos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ciro Brito. 1-4. Ciro Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vânderson Custódio in the 31st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sílvio Luís Faustino got free with Robinho Cabral in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Finus F.C. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Rodriguinho Coelho hit a great ball. Ricardinho Matos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ciro Brito. Finus F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Finus F.C.'s Ciro Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Matos in the 44th minute of play. The Finus F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Libertadores were winning 1-4.
