Richard-Dean Nixon started the match with the kick off. Fausto Leal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wágner Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. A collision led to Lacothengo de Futiboloca getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Pedrinho Dracena hit a great ball. Wágner Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 15 played minutes Lacothengo de Futiboloca got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Pirani. With a little luck, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Wambasther Barthez got control of the ball when Richard-Dean Nixon tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Os Fura Olho F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Leal in the 21st minute of play forced Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goalkeeper Wágner Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 minutes of play, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Paulo Pirani made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wágner Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amílton Vergílio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. Amílton Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Teodosio Aguilera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wágner Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Carlos Eduardo Damião received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Wambasther Barthez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Paulo Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wágner Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Zé Tande got a free kick in the 44th minute. The Os Fura Olho F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lacothengo de Futiboloca were winning 0-2.

Fausto Leal in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wágner Carneiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 53rd minute, Teodosio Aguilera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Os Fura Olho F.C. from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro got control of the ball when Paulo Pirani tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Teodosio Aguilera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wágner Carneiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 61st match minute, Os Fura Olho F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Tande to maneuver through the defense. Wágner Carneiro came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Fausto Leal. But to his dismay, Fausto Leal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Paulo Pirani slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wágner Carneiro. That made the score 0-4 after 69 minutes of play. Wágner Carneiro came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lacothengo de Futiboloca's Paulo Pirani. But to his dismay, Paulo Pirani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Fausto Leal scored 0-6 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wágner Carneiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Wágner Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Paulo Pirani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wágner Carneiro. That made the score 0-7 in the 82 minute of play. With a little luck, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s Wágner Carneiro got control of the ball when Fausto Leal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Os Fura Olho F.C.'s goalkeeper Wágner Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Leal. Paulo Pirani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Lacothengo de Futiboloca left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Os Fura Olho F.C..
