Waldir de Amaral who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 2ndth minute tested the skills of Tiago Arósio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldir de Amaral in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiago Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eusébio Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th match minute, Leão STAND BY FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felippe Severo to maneuver through the defense. Albertinho Velloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Arósio having to interfere. Fellipe Porto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusébio Rezende's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Eusébio Rezende might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fellipe Porto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusébio Rezende ran back to his position shaking his head. Eusébio Rezende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fellipe Porto having to interfere. Waldir de Amarals short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Tiago Arósio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 24th match minute, Leão STAND BY FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Botelho to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the game, Delfim Pinheiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tiago Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waldir de Amarals short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Tiago Arósio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Leão STAND BY FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Tiago Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertinho Velloso in the 32nd minute of play. Eusébio Rezende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fellipe Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tião Silveira hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Felippe Severo got a free kick in the 41st minute. After recieving a nice pass, Los Royal Mariachis's Delfim Pinheiro tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Tiago Arósio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Delfim Pinheiro. After 44 played minutes Leão STAND BY FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Severo. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Delfim Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Royal Mariachis's supporters rose to their feet, but Delfim Pinheiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Arósio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delfim Pinheiro got free with Tiago Arósio in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tiago Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir de Amaral in the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Waldir de Amaral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Arósio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. When the match had been going on for 63 minutes, Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's Eusébio Rezende got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Fellipe Porto. Waldir de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tiago Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Los Royal Mariachis made a substitution. Samuel de Castro replaced Delfim Pinheiro. Tiago Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Marcel Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Albertinho Velloso came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Los Royal Mariachis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albertinho Velloso couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir de Amaral in the 88th minute of play forced Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's goalkeeper Tiago Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Waldir de Amaral sped through Leão STAND BY FSCMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tiago Arósio. When the referee ended the match the Los Royal Mariachis players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
