The JupiterGT fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when JupiterGT's Laércio Mazza looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Dráuzio Freitas came out of the goal and Falcão Pontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laércio Mazza in the 38th minute of play forced SOMBRA DE TERROR's goalkeeper Dráuzio Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SOMBRA DE TERROR's Gildo Baiano got a free kick in the 41st minute. Dráuzio Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laércio Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dráuzio Freitas having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Laércio Mazza made a precise shot to the right of Dráuzio Freitas. SOMBRA DE TERROR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. If Laércio Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
