Ronaldinho da Cunha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 12th minute, Adrianinho Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arkadiusz Basinski scored 0-4 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ronaldinho da Cunha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Arkadiusz Basinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Ronaldinho da Cunha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ronaldinho da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arkadiusz Basinski in the 26th minute of the match. GALAXY RANGERS's Ronaldinho da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkadiusz Basinski in the 31st minute of play. RENOVO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wellington Jacinto in the 32nd minute. After taking down the ball on RENOVO's corner Kauan Mesquita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ronaldinho da Cunha quite easily take care of the ball. Nilmar Costa hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind GALAXY RANGERS's goalkeeper Ronaldinho da Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ciro Frichoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arkadiusz Basinski in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronaldinho da Cunha saved GALAXY RANGERS from getting behind. In the 68th minute, Adrianinho Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 71 minutes, Arkadiusz Basinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RENOVO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arkadiusz Basinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Arkadiusz Basinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th match minute, GALAXY RANGERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Queirós to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of GALAXY RANGERS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of RENOVO:s goal. The goalkeeper, Ronaldinho da Cunha, was totally fooled by RENOVO's Arkadiusz Basinski, who 80 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ronaldinho da Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Frichoso in the 83rd minute. GALAXY RANGERS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Arkadiusz Basinski scored to the left of an out of position Ronaldinho da Cunha, making the score, 0-8. Arkadiusz Basinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho da Cunha having to interfere. But to his dismay, Arkadiusz Basinski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. RENOVO's Wellington Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
