Spectators: 6904 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Sidnei Falcão started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, Acad Fanática por Futebol's Åke Ahlroht got control of the ball when Aílton Leme tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jâninho Melo in the 11th minute of play forced Ripway's goalkeeper Rômulo Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Acad Fanática por Futebol getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Serafim Salles hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niculae Martinescu in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Åke Ahlroht saved Acad Fanática por Futebol from getting behind. Ripway were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Acad Fanática por Futebol's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Eduardo Souto took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luís Eduardo Souto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Åke Ahlroht quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 24th play minute Aílton Leme came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Åke Ahlroht. 2-0. After 27th play minutes Niculae Martinescu shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Åke Ahlroht and just under the crossbar into goal. Ripway's Aílton Leme got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim Salles in the 34th minute of play forced Ripway's goalkeeper Rômulo Vander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rômulo Vander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Falcão, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Serafim Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Rômulo Vander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dráuzio Batista got free with Rômulo Vander in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rômulo Vander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Moreno in the 60th minute of the match. If Aílton Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Acad Fanática por Futebol got a freekick which was hit by Víktor Cerezo. Åke Ahlroht came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Ripway's Aílton Leme. But to his dismay, Aílton Leme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 73rd match minute, Ripway was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 曾亦飞 to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 74 in the game by Dráuzio Batista from a close distance when the talented Rômulo Vander managed to make a qualified save. Ripway's players were relieved. Åke Ahlroht stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aílton Leme's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Niculae Martinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Åke Ahlroht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Niculae Martinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hariharan Jagur hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Nando Lopez de Toro hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After 90 minutes of play, Ripway's Niculae Martinescu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Åke Ahlroht was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ripway fans cheered their team off the field, for while Acad Fanática por Futebol had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
