The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcos Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dries van Veldhuizen in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Concetto Trasatti in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bonifacio Baumer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Estudiantes de América's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Maximo Dei in the 16th minute. After taking down the ball on Estudiantes de América's corner Maximo Dei fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bonifacio Baumer quite easily take care of the ball. In the 25th minute Dries van Veldhuizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Ranolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Sidoro in the 30th minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dries van Veldhuizen in the 35th minute of the match. Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Sidoro in the 38th minute of play. Luciano Sidoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Baumer having to interfere. Bonifacio Baumer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Van Der Veecken in the 44th minute of the match. If Concetto Trasatti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Concetto Trasatti to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Enhebrator FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luciano Sidoro came free, but Bonifacio Baumer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Procopio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Ranolfo having to interfere. After 60 played minutes Enhebrator FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Quin. Enhebrator FC made a substitution. Pavlos Papageorgakos replaced Salvador Procopio. Estudiantes de América's Cornelio Ruisko was substituted for Traian Blăniță. Enhebrator FC made a substitution. Sebastian Veron replaced Mitt Back. After 61 played minutes Enhebrator FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Quin. Bonifacio Baumer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximo Dei's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Bernard Janiczek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Ranolfo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Ruisko in the 73rd minute of play forced Enhebrator FC's goalkeeper Bonifacio Baumer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Enhebrator FC's Bonifacio Baumer got control of the ball when Kraig Fred tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Iraunkor struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Bonifacio Baumer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes de América. After some careless play in the Estudiantes de América defense, Bernard Janiczek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Ranolfo. The Estudiantes de América fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Ranolfo should have stopped the shot. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Janiczek in the 94th minute of the match. Enhebrator FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Cornelio Ruisko scored to the left of an out of position Bonifacio Baumer, making the score, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Estudiantes de América players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Enhebrator FC.
