The corner ended in Rubim Jordão almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Fura Balizas's Long Gang Sen did a great save. In the 17th minute of the match SITIO CITY got a corner. FC Fura Balizas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rubim Jordão ran over to the corner to take the kick. Long Gang Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pál Polyák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Fura Balizas getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Fumo Alto hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Pál Polyák ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Long Gang Sen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, SITIO CITY's Cristiano Lage got control of the ball when Ivan Moutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Long Gang Sen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pál Polyák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When FC Fura Balizas's Ivan Moutinho in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SITIO CITY's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd match minute, SITIO CITY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Pereira to maneuver through the defense. 44 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Moutinho came free, but Cristiano Lage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pál Polyák to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pál Polyák got free with Long Gang Sen in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. SITIO CITY's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rubim Jordão in the 54th minute. A nice corner shot did that Rubim Jordão got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Long Gang Sen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Fumo Alto got a free kick in the 65th minute. After recieving a nice pass, SITIO CITY's Rubim Jordão tried to score from far away in the 66th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SITIO CITY's Baran Erozan got a free kick in the 68th minute. Cristiano Lage took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Moutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Raul Lameirinhas with Konrad Birkenhagen as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. FC Fura Balizas made a substitution. Thanks to some nice moves Olavo Koehler could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Long Gang Sen however easily saved by the left post. Cristiano Lage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Olavo Koehler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The SITIO CITY supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SITIO CITY would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
