With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Connell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Valiant F.C's zone, Franz Midgley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Connell came out of the goal and Franz Midgley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bladi Fuster showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanyo Kobakov in the 11th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Valiant F.C's Stanyo Kobakov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bladi Fuster. Bladi Fuster yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Bladi Fuster, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 23 minutes T H F C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gonzalo Astrada who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Valiant F.C's corner Ferruccio Chelodi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bladi Fuster quite easily take care of the ball. Franz Midgley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jon Connell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adam Askew sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jon Connell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carl Deaconsfield in the 32nd minute of play. Jon Connell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carl Deaconsfield's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Yu Ting Jian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franz Midgley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jon Connell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute Carl Deaconsfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Connell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stanyo Kobakov was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Valiant F.C's Jon Connell got control of the ball when Franz Midgley tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Bladi Fuster, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valiant F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gonzalo Astrada in the 55th minute. At last the ball reached Yu Ting Jian at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of T H F C. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Valiant F.C's Adam Askew got a free kick in the 58th minute. Stanyo Kobakov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bladi Fuster read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Stanyo Kobakov made a precise shot to the right of Bladi Fuster. T H F C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Valiant F.C made a substitution. Zbyszek Bury replaced Pedro Henry. In the 69th minute Stanyo Kobakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bladi Fuster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes T H F C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gonzalo Astrada who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Lazaro Cabo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. T H F C made a substitution. Samuel Shakespeare replaced Carl Deaconsfield. In the 77th minute, Franz Midgley ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jon Connell was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Franz Midgley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Valiant F.C's Stanyo Kobakov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bladi Fuster narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jon Connell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel Shakespeare in the 90th minute of the match. Bladi Fuster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanyo Kobakov, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in T H F C's zone, Stanyo Kobakov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bladi Fuster came out of the goal and Stanyo Kobakov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. T H F C's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Valiant F.C had won, even though T H F C had held more of the ball.
