Gottfrid Termander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Pihlberg went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gösta Haeger got free with Arne Kiempe in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Torsten Dahlberg in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Arne Kiempe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gösta Haeger in the 30th minute. If Gösta Haeger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torsten Dahlberg in the 33rd minute of play forced Furuvik's goalkeeper Arne Kiempe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gottfrid Termander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Alstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Furuvik's zone, Torsten Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Kiempe came out of the goal and Torsten Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Pihlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Torsten Dahlberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arne Kiempe. The goal made the score 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Dahlberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 2-1 became the score in the 57th minute when Torsten Dahlberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Torsten Dahlberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Kiempe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arne Kiempe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Uvens chicken farm had won after a very even match.
