Spectators: 10904 (Terracing: 8179, Seating: 2508, VIP seats: 217) FC Bal op het Dak's Iwan Valentijn started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Iwan Valentijn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilfried Henselmans. The goal made the score 1-0. Pedro Porro made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Bal op het Dak's Artur Mendes. In the 9th minute, FC Bal op het Dak's Iwan Valentijn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilfried Henselmans. Wilfried Henselmans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 11 minutes into the game, Hendrik Heida threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Bal op het Dak's Válbson Almeida quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pedro Porro made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arturo Brownell immediately put the ball in play. Maurício Bomba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Brownell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurício Bomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Brownell, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of FC Bal op het Dak booed when Osdorp FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hendrik Heida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aristides Gombal hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Arturo Brownell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwan Valentijn in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Arturo Brownell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Bomba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans got control of the ball when Iwan Valentijn tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35thth minute Jelmer Pander beautifully dribbled past FC Bal op het Dak's defense and it looked for a moment as a certain goal, but Maurício Bomba pulled off a phantom save to prevent the ball from scoring on his left hand side. 37 minutes into the game, Hendrik Heida threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Bal op het Dak's Artur Mendes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Maurício Bomba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Brownell, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the Osdorp FC defense, Dan Kjellman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilfried Henselmans. The Osdorp FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilfried Henselmans should have stopped the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Brownell was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Brownell in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maurício Bomba saved FC Bal op het Dak from getting behind. Osdorp FC's attentive Hendrik Heida managed to snatch the ball when Válbson Almeida made a throw-in in the 56th minute of the game. In the 56th minute, Válbson Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Martijn August replaced Iwan Valentijn. After 57 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Válbson Almeida. Arturo Brownell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurício Bomba having to interfere. Arturo Brownell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Maurício Bomba made a huge save. The supporters of Osdorp FC booed when FC Bal op het Dak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Neijsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Victor Ixona sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Maurício Bomba threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Victor Ixona this time. A sloppy throw-in by Nico Hagenouw in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Osdorp FC's Usain Bolt. Osdorp FC's Wilfried Henselmans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Kjellman in the 74th minute of play. After 77th play minutes Dan Kjellman shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Wilfried Henselmans and just under the crossbar into goal. Osdorp FC's Gerwin Aerts was substituted for Arturo Brownell. Nico Hagenouw sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osdorp FC's Gerwin Aerts got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jelmer Pander hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Wilfried Henselmans came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman. But to his dismay, Dan Kjellman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. 89 minutes into the game, FC Bal op het Dak's Dan Kjellman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilfried Henselmans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Dan Kjellman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfried Henselmans having to interfere. The FC Bal op het Dak players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
