The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Edmondo Castelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coccodrilli Brilli's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmondo Castelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andrea Mauro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edmondo Castelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrea Mauro having to interfere. When Edmondo Castelli came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Coccodrilli Brilli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmondo Castelli couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, J.J Batshuayi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Andrea Mauro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, Rossoneri's goalkeeper Andrea Mauro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by J.J Batshuayi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bianco Napoleoni in the 37th minute of play forced Coccodrilli Brilli's goalkeeper Anselmo Cesarini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 38 minutes, Edmondo Castelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coccodrilli Brilli's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edmondo Castelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edmondo Castelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrea Mauro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edmondo Castelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Andrea Mauro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from J.J Batshuayi went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Edmondo Castelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Andrea Mauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for J.J Batshuayi to strike the kick off in the second half. Rossoneri's Andrea Mauro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by J.J Batshuayi in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes Rossoneri's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmondo Castelli who took care of the corner kick. Coccodrilli Brilli's Edmondo Castelli was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andrea Mauro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 53 minutes into the match, Rossoneri's goal looked a bit too open when Alvise Masciarelli came free, but Andrea Mauro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rossoneri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmondo Castelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Andrea Mauro came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Coccodrilli Brilli's J.J Batshuayi. But to his dismay, J.J Batshuayi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Andrea Mauro came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Coccodrilli Brilli's Edmondo Castelli. In the 76th minute, J.J Batshuayi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Di Prinzio's late challenge caught a Rossoneri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Di Prinzio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Coccodrilli Brilli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Di Prinzio to maneuver through the defense. When Bianco Napoleoni came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Rossoneri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bianco Napoleoni couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Coccodrilli Brilli fully deserved thier win.
