Spectators: 8473 (Terracing: 6356, Seating: 1948, VIP seats: 169) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aurelio Rivas made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4thth minute of the game Aurelio Rivas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aston Birra's Manuel Gibert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Lain Clemente managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aston Birra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lain Clemente was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manuel Gibert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Rivas in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Aston Birra booed when Fetiyerd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasco Quiñones didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fetiyerd's Mohamed Castelao quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vitinho Almeida, made in the 44th minute of the game. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fetiyerd's goalkeeper Montes Quevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aristeo Campomaness short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Montes Quevedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

Mohamed Castelao hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The attack was good, but when Ubaldo Goyanes in the 56th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Lain Clemente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aston Birra's supporters rose to their feet, but Lain Clemente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Montes Quevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubaldo Goyanes in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Montes Quevedo saved Fetiyerd from getting behind. Lain Clemente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Montes Quevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Gibert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Rivas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Fetiyerd's Montes Quevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frenkie Pizzaleo in the 81st minute of play. After 83 minutes Fetiyerd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Răzvan Ghionaru who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Vitinho Almeida got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Montes Quevedo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Manuel Gibert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Rivas in the 86th minute. After 92 played minutes Fetiyerd got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Castelao. Montes Quevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Goyanes in the 95th minute of the match. Montes Quevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Goyanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aston Birra were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
