In the 16th minute, Dorel Dacian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isac Gligor made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Baal Ares sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute Florin Stancu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luca Jivulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muget's Isac Gligor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Muget from getting a goal against them. In the 48thth minute of the game Tião Amaral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ares FC -MM-'s Luca Jivulescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
