The throw-in from Pepe Sabatini in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GREEN PANTHERS FC's Sokratis Kotsonis. 10 minutes into the match, Nuralp Akbal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of GREEN PANTHERS FC's Jason Statham. Jason Statham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jason Statham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Teodor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuralp Akbal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jason Statham having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuralp Akbal in the 16th minute of play forced GREEN PANTHERS FC's goalkeeper Jason Statham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sokratis Kotsonis made in the 24th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Pagos FC's Pepe Sabatini. After 25 minutes of play, Pagos FC's Nuralp Akbal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jason Statham was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jason Statham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuralp Akbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Pagos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mircea Teodor in the 30th minute. The corner ended in Maximilian Carlsson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GREEN PANTHERS FC's Jason Statham did a great save. 32 minutes into the match, GREEN PANTHERS FC's Exequiel Zeballos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Campens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nuralp Akbal might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jason Statham. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nuralp Akbal ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Pagos FC booed when GREEN PANTHERS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 47th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Manuel Campens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Pagos FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nuralp Akbal to make the kick off. Pagos FC's Jason Statham got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A throw-in in the 56th minute of the game was made by Sokratis Kotsonis with Exequiel Zeballos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pagos FC's Manuel Campens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikolay Karpuzov in the 58th minute of play. Manuel Campens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Exequiel Zeballos went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Jason Statham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menelaos Evaggellou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jason Statham made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Montae in the 72nd minute. Francisco Montae could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jason Statham made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nuralp Akbal in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jason Statham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Nuralp Akbal put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Jason Statham. GREEN PANTHERS FC's Vinícius Junior was substituted for Lionel-Andrés Messi. GREEN PANTHERS FC's Didi Skarsø was substituted for Exequiel Zeballos. In the 88th minute Vinícius Junior shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Campens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Pagos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pagos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
