After taking down the ball on BAD GREEN BOYS's corner Baykan Yazgan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ahmet Koralp Şafakgün quite easily take care of the ball. Ahmet Koralp Şafakgün made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faraz samsami in the 47th minute of play. After the first half BAD GREEN BOYS were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Fereydoon Ghobadi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jimmy Linquist having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Eliseu Meireles managed to get in a good position for a shot. BAD GREEN BOYS's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseu Meireles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Koralp Şafakgün breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. BAD GREEN BOYS made a substitution. Hossein Ghayeghran replaced Faraz samsami. Hossein Ghayeghran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Ahmet Koralp Şafakgün made a huge save. Di Peng Chen's late challenge caught a Battle's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Di Peng Chen helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes BAD GREEN BOYS got a freekick which was hit by Di Peng Chen. In the 77th minute Di Peng Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Koralp Şafakgün saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Battle booed when BAD GREEN BOYS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rakhshan Parsivand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Farzan Alinejad hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The Battle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Jimmy Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fereydoon Ghobadi, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Battle's Shahyar Eslami was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jimmy Linquist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. BAD GREEN BOYS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
