Mostafa Sharifinasab made a great header on Speedrod iran's corner, it was just that Ali Daei FC's Stig-Åke Ekegren managed to reach the ball for a save. Hadi Hosseini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asad Mayelikohan kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Ali Daei FC's Sattar Iranian in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Sina Taheri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pasha Kianian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Sina Taheri took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Hormoz Lahouti to make any attempt to save it. When Asad Mayelikohan fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Speedrod iran's protests and gave Asad Mayelikohan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Asad Mayelikohan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pejman Homayoun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stig-Åke Ekegren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Sina Taheri took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hormoz Lahouti. Hormoz Lahouti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 61 played minutes Speedrod iran got a freekick which was hit by Pirooz Nekounam. After having played for 65 minutes, Sina Taheri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ali Daei FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sina Taheri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pasha Kianian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Hormoz Lahouti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the game, Pirooz Nekounam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Speedrod iran's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ali Daei FC the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Pirooz Nekounam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pejman Homayoun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Ali Daei FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ahmad Reza Ghods hit a great ball. Speedrod iran's Hormoz Lahouti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pasha Kianian in the 91st minute of play. Ali Daei FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
