After 3 minutes of play, Crystal City's Akrosa Arneja made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Caruhasan Ghoshal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Crystal City's Kaninaka Phom got a free kick in the 5th minute. The supporters of HAMMER booed when Crystal City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hema Sailo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caruhasan Ghoshal came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Crystal City's Mina Bajwa. But to his dismay, Mina Bajwa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 13 minutes of play, Crystal City's Troy Lionheart made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Caruhasan Ghoshal was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, Mina Bajwa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caruhasan Ghoshal. HAMMER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mina Bajwa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 19th minute, Akrosa Arneja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Caruhasan Ghoshal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akrosa Arneja in the 22nd minute of the match. Akrosa Arneja succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Akrosa Arneja in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caruhasan Ghoshal saved HAMMER from getting behind. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Akrosa Arneja sped through HAMMER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Caruhasan Ghoshal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akrosa Arneja in the 33rd minute of play forced HAMMER's goalkeeper Caruhasan Ghoshal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the HAMMER defense, Akrosa Arneja kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caruhasan Ghoshal. The HAMMER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caruhasan Ghoshal should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Akrosa Arneja had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caruhasan Ghoshal. In the 46th minute, Mina Bajwa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Crystal City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. After the first half Crystal City were leading 0-10. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 石寒天 made a kick off. The supporters of HAMMER booed when Crystal City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaninaka Phom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atamas Dambria hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a little luck, HAMMER's Caruhasan Ghoshal got control of the ball when 石寒天 tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Caruhasan Ghoshal managed to avoid a goal in the 60thth minute, when Crystal City's 石寒天 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Akopa Sharma might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caruhasan Ghoshal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akopa Sharma ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the game, Crystal City's 石寒天 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caruhasan Ghoshal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. Mina Bajwa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Caruhasan Ghoshal when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Caruhasan Ghoshal was a little too slow when Akopa Sharma got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-13. In the 73rd minute Akopa Sharma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caruhasan Ghoshal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Crystal City booed when HAMMER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Devila Biswas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Caruhasan Ghoshal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 石寒天's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Kamasakha Som took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paramjit Jaggi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Akopa Sharma took a quick shot and it went in 0-14 without a chance for Caruhasan Ghoshal to make any attempt to save it. 石寒天 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the HAMMER defense, 石寒天 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caruhasan Ghoshal. The HAMMER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caruhasan Ghoshal should have stopped the shot. Caruhasan Ghoshal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 石寒天's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 石寒天 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Caruhasan Ghoshal made a huge save. 石寒天's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Caruhasan Ghoshal firmly grabbed it by the left post. A hard shot 97 in the game by 石寒天 from a close distance when the talented Caruhasan Ghoshal managed to make a qualified save. HAMMER's players were relieved. In the 97th match minute, HAMMER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amitrajit Thakkur to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Akopa Sharma managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crystal City's supporters rose to their feet, but Akopa Sharma was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caruhasan Ghoshal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Crystal City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than HAMMER.
