In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind 上海江南长兴造船农民工联队's goalkeeper 谢超骋, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, 『挑战者』兄弟-浪子而已's Kevin Debruyne ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind 谢超骋. 谢超骋 yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 上海江南长兴造船农民工联队's 谢超骋 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Debruyne in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Debruyne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kevin Debruyne took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised 谢超骋. 谢超骋 dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 上海江南长兴造船农民工联队 made a substitution. 林岚建 replaced 庞烽军. But to his dismay, Kevin Debruyne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 卓梁希 was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and 余义桑 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 余义桑 really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Kevin Debruyne scored 4-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 谢超骋, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Kevin Debruyne cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. 谢超骋 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 『挑战者』兄弟-浪子而已's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
