In the 14thth minute of the game Abel Linares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xanda FC's Ramiro Pires was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ramiro Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murillo Loureiro in the 19th minute of play. Tiago Gabriel Messias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Ramiro Pires skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Verdão da Mantiqueira's Niklas Lundhberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Peixoto in the 24th minute of play. Válter Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Xanda FC booed when Verdão da Mantiqueira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Gabriel Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Xanda FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Pires had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Linares. Ramiro Pires made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abel Linares in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute Sebastião Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes Xanda FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel Linares who took care of the corner kick. Verdão da Mantiqueira's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abel Linares in the 39th minute. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Abel Linares took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Ramiro Pires to make any attempt to save it. Ramiro Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richie Scholey in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Richie Scholey recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ramiro Pires. Richie Scholey showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 52nd minute, Tiago Gabriel Messias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramiro Pires was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 57th minute Tiago Gabriel Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Abel Linares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Xanda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Linares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richie Scholey scored 7-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Pires, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Verdão da Mantiqueira booed when Xanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Carlos Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ramiro Pires stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abel Linares's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes, João Recife mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xanda FC and the Verdão da Mantiqueira players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Verdão da Mantiqueira booed when Xanda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Linares succeeded in the game's 70th minute to get real power on a long shot . Xanda FC's Ramiro Pires hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 8-0! Ramiro Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Linares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes Xanda FC got a freekick which was hit by João Recife. Richie Scholey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramiro Pires having to make a save. In the 76th minute Tiago Gabriel Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Tiago Gabriel Messias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Verdão da Mantiqueira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Abel Linares sped through Xanda FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramiro Pires. Ramiro Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richie Scholey in the 82nd minute of play. Murillo Loureiro took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Pires. Ramiro Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. 88 minutes into the match, Murillo Loureiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Pires. Xanda FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murillo Loureiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. Vito Soeiro hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes of play, Verdão da Mantiqueira's Richie Scholey made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramiro Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Verdão da Mantiqueira's Richie Scholey in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xanda FC's goalie prevented a goal. Verdão da Mantiqueira's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
