Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Blaise Hannemann in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faruq Ayham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Lebanon supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Germany's performance. The match ended with a win for Germany.
